It was specially designed and built for all those who seek perfection and superior quality with each sip and at every cup of coffee.

Inspired by the legendary E61, the E71 is its natural evolution, combining the best technological solution with the E61’s iconic design. It brings together the Faema thermal system into a dual controlling system, manual and automatic.

GTi Thermal System
The E71 has a new hydraulic circuit with a GTi infusion control system that guarantees both high-precision infusion and perfect coffee brew time regulation.

The independent group heads allow baristas to manage different coffee blends that require specific extraction temperatures, ensuring thermal stability. All brewing parameters, including duration, can be under constant control.

Dual Delivery Management
The E71 gives the barista the flexibility of working manually or using the digital control system.

With the lever placed above each group head, the barista has total control over the brewing process. Alternatively, the barista can choose the digital mode by using the integrated 4.3" touch screen display. With the “self-learning” mode, the barista can set up every display button while managing the coffee delivery cycle with the lever.

Smart Boiler
The patented Smart Boiler technology increases the performance levels of hot water and steam while optimizing the water level in the boiler. This ensures thermal balance so you can consistently have a perfect cup even under conditions of maximum use.

Auto steam Cold Touch
The automatic steam wand of the E71 has an insulating, non-stick outer coating to keep its surface cold before, during, and after steam delivery, and while the milk is being frothed. This eliminates the risk of burns and also guarantees easy and safe cleaning.

Ergonomic Solutions
The E71 features several innovative ergonomic solutions such as a  flush system to eliminate coffee residues from the previous delivery and a steam wand purge function to eliminate any condensation created during medium-long time intervals between steam bursts.

Energy Savings
The energy savings features of the E71 give daily energy savings that are 40% higher than in standard models. This machine has proven its sustainability and efficiency, according to the DIN 18873-2 regulation.
