The Profitec Pro 600 espresso machine is a double boiler machine with PID temperature management. The Pro 600 includes a 0.75-liter stainless steel coffee boiler, a 1.0-liter stainless steel steam or hot water boiler, an Ulka EX5 vibration pump, and the E61 group head. The brew temperature is long-lasting and always matches the temperature set on the PID. The steam pressure can be set up to 2 bars for fast boiling large jugs of milk with an excellent texture.
