What is it?

The Peak is the newest innovation on the famous K30 platform and footprint. With the rise in popularity of the EK43 as a shop grinder, and notably as an espresso grinder, Mahlkonig sought to replicate the same performance benefits in a smaller platform. And so they have, with the Peak's cast steel burrs, which are big enough to handle a lower RPM and produce a consistent, fluffy grind shot after shot.

Other new features include an advanced double cooling system, helping to keep your shots dialed in even when the heat is on and the line is long. A new interface also graces the Peak, featuring a multicolored OLED screen, programmable timed doses, internal temp readout, and adjustable portafilter and spout lighting. Dose times are accurate to 0.01 s, and the familiar stepless grind adjustment - now with more precise grind range markings - makes dialing in exceptionally easy.
