EXPLANATION OF THE VARIATIONS The Appia Life (previously Appia II) comes in multiple variations to fit the needs of as many consumers as possible. The semi-automatic has more user control and requires a higher level of knowledge when operating as they control the extraction with a push button. The volumetrics are automatic machines, meaning users can simply select what kind of shot they would like and the machine does all the rest of the work. DIRECT WATER LINE CONNECTION WITH DRAIN A very desirable feature on this unit is the ability to directly connect it to a water source as well connect to drain. No more lugging around heavy water tanks for constant refills or emptying overflowing drip trays. This system is more convenient, efficient and clean.
